Meet Percy!

Percy is one of the shortest guys in his litter. He is more of a short ball of fluff, very similar to his brother Popeye and he currently weighs 5 lbs. Percy has a submissive temperament and will roll on his back for belly rubs. He is Sweet and much more of a velcro puppy. He can be a bit needy and loves to be held and get reassurance from his people. He loves every dog he meets and plays gently. Percy is extremely photogenic and a very handsome little guy.
