Popeye is much shorter and stouter than most of his siblings. He is a bit of a role poly…. Literally! He constantly rolls on his back for belly rubs and loves rolling in the grass. He makes us laugh all day with his absolute cuteness! Popeye is a bit of a velcro pup and can take a minute to adapt to change. He loves to be held and carried around.
